Prof. Nicholas Long and Dr. Edward Walter from Imperial College London visited LSCCB in January 2023 and gave lectures about “Functionalized Microbubbles: For Ultrasound and Cancer Imaging”, “Chemical Biology of Heme Oxygenase-1 in Disease: Shining a light in the darkness” and "The development of luminescent/dual-modal probes for mitochondria targeting and metal-ion sensing".​
